⏰ Setup Timeline
Setup begins: 7:00 a.m. Saturday - 8:30 am Sunday
ALL booths must be fully set up by: 9:30 a.m.
Festival opens to the public: 10:00 a.m.
👉 Strong recommendation: Arrive early. Traffic, crowds, and setup congestion increase quickly.
🚗 Arrival, Parking & Load-In Rules
Before 9:00 a.m.
You may be able to drive up, unload quickly, and move your vehicle.
After 9:00 a.m.
❌ No vehicle access to booth areas
✅ You must park and walk your items in
🔑 Pro Tips
Bring a wagon or cart (this is not optional unless you enjoy carrying boxes like it’s CrossFit).
Pack efficiently and label bins for quick unloading.
Expect crowds—patience and early arrival are your secret weapons.

We’ve had tents blow away in the past.
Without weights, you may spend the day:
Holding your tent instead of selling
Apologizing to neighbors
Chasing flying canopies (not recommended)
👉 Bring proper weights for each tent leg. Do not forget them.
🔌 Power & Electricity
❌ No electrical power available
❌ No gas generators allowed
✅ Battery-powered devices are allowed
Battery lights
iPads/phones with portable chargers
Battery cash registers or card readers

🙏 Final Thought & Important Reminders
We want to extend a huge thank-you to the Rotary Club of Cape Coral for allowing us to participate in this incredible event. Other vendors at this festival typically pay $795 per booth space, and the Rotary Club has generously provided us with a significant discount so our Biz Kidz can be part of the show. This opportunity gives our young entrepreneurs a chance to shine in front of a massive audience—and we want to make sure we show our appreciation by being prepared, professional, and respectful throughout the weekend.
A few important reminders:
💵 Bring plenty of cash change.
Other vendors do not like to give out their change—especially if we’re not prepared. Please come ready so we don’t inconvenience or upset neighboring vendors.
👨👩👧 Parents are responsible for their children.
We will not have staff assigned to watch individual booths. While mentors may stop by to talk with students, it is your responsibility to ensure your child has everything they need to be successful.
👥 Expect big crowds.
Organizers anticipate over 100,000 people attending over the weekend. It will be busy, exciting, and fast-paced—great selling opportunities, but preparation is key.
