Biz Kidz Expo – Setup Instructions

📍 Coastland Center Mall – near Macy’s

Arrival & Setup

  • Setup begins at 10:00 AM (doors open at that time)

  • We are located at the end of the mall near Macy’s

  • Important: Please use the designated entrance shown on the map

    • The Macy’s doors will NOT be open

    • Using the wrong entrance = an unexpected cardio workout you didn’t sign up for

Booth Placement

  • Booths are first come, first served

  • Main Aisle Rules:

    • 1 six-foot table + 2 chairs only

  • Side Hallways:

    • If you need extra space or 2 tables, you will be placed here

  • If you set up more than one table in the main aisle, our friendly volunteers will help relocate you to a side hallway

Power Guidelines

  • Power is limited

  • You may only use outlets located in the middle of the floor

  • No cords across walkways (we like customers not tripping… it’s better for business 😉)

Event Timing

  • 🕚 Event starts at 11:00 AM sharp

  • You must be:

    • Fully set up

    • Ready to sell

  • Judging begins at 11:00 AM and will happen randomly

    • Judges may visit your booth at any time

Food & Breaks

  • Please bring:

    • Water

    • Snacks or lunch

  • We strongly recommend not leaving your booth during the event

    • It’s a short event—fuel up before or after

Rules & Restrictions

  • ❌ No generators

  • ❌ No animals

  • ❌ No cooking inside the mall
